A personal tool I have developed while i was going through a foggy phase of my life, I have been obsessed by Mind Maps as a problem solving tool during my day time job, it was the most effective method I found effective to solving complex problems while improving my cognitive abilities in making relations between things, in other words "Connecting the dots"
One day I decided to use it to resolve my own problems and started off by mapping what potentially could resemble the Core Elements/Areas that make me who I am! and here I am Sharing what became my Northern Star Guiding me through the experiences I am having to date!
As much as it has been helpful for me and my friends I hope it will be for you!
