The 75-day soft challenge is a variation of the 75-day hard challenge. The default rules here is a further personalized soft challenge rules I created for myself so feel free to modify it further:
1. No alcohol during the challenge
2. Exercise for 45mins everyday (1 active recovery day a week)
3. Read 10 minutes/pages of non-fiction books
4. Drink 3L of water everyday
5. Take weekly progress photos
